Android ported to Windows 7

Note: It is NOT run on QEMU,but natively on Windows 7!
We've done a native port with the help of Cygwin step by step:
- modify the build system
- replace binder driver with a socket implementation.
- simulate ashmem/logcat etc
- replace framebuffer device with Direct3D TEXTURE
- replace low level input system with windows message handler
- port dalvik,surfaceflinger,binder framework and most of external projects
- remove permission, battery etc subsystem
- and lot of other things
Currently we are trying to
-make it more stable
-port and test more projects

相当酷！一年前Canonical把android runtime移植到ubuntu上，现在又可以在windows上跑了，看来android真的要遍地开花了 :-)
