access数据库存储和读出图片（vc++）

用vc++做的一个小项目设计，要把图片存入数据库，是真正的把内容存入，而不是把路径存入。
从来没有把图片存入数据库过，很困惑，我想的是先把图片解开成字节串，把字节串存入数据库，然后读出的时候把字节串再卖出来，重新组合成图片然后显示。
不知道这样的方法行不行的通，也不知道具体是怎么实现的，望高手给出解决方案~希望能给出一个示例代码，具体怎么来操作。
