windows easy transfer for 2003 R2

准备在系统中开设一个新的domain 账户，希望把所有的个人信息都传送到新的账户中。公司推荐使用windows easy transfer，但是我的系统是 win server 2003 R2 Enterprise sp2，在运行窗口输入migwiz，提示windows can not find....
。在搜所窗口搜索也没有找到这个程序。
从其他的网站下载了一个for xp 6.0的版本，运行提示只能在win 2000 sp4 或更高版本运行。目前不知道问题出在那里，希望有人能帮助解决。

安装windows easy transfer，比如安装到c:\program files\windows easy transfer\test.exe

开始运行，输入cmd
