这个一般发生在vs2008上面（不知道2010有没有），是没有设置正确的sdk路径造成的。
查看路径

x:\Program Files\Microsoft sdks\Windows\v6.0xxxxxxx

如果存在，请在vs里面设置

execute path为上述路径的 xxx/bin
include 路径 xxx/include
lib xxx/lib
