Silverlight 应用程序和Silverlight Business Application 有什么区别？

在创建Silverlight项目时，有个Silverlight 应用程序和Silverlight Business Application，这两者具体有什么区别？
我现在只知道，后者带一个例子，还有没有其他区别？

为什么我在application中添加国际化的代码可以，但是在Business Application中却不能实现？代码都没问题，我感觉就是这两者的区别

Silverlight应用和Silverlight商业应用，这两个其实只是不同的项目模板，微软为了方便开发人员开发商业应用，增加了Silverlight Business Application的模板，该模板中已经定义了简单的导航框架，子窗口，以及异常报错等功能，而且已经应用了简单的模板样式，其中最大的不同是，应用了RIA Services框架。普通Silverlight应用模板，仅是空白模板，需要自定义创建引用和样式。
