安装vs2010出现问题，求助

我的系统是自带的win7家庭基础版，vs2010是在微软官网刚下的，已经卸载重装了多次，还是有问题。我以前装的vs2010可以用，但.NET FRAMEWORK总是安装不成功所以重装一下，结果连用都不可以了。安装程序完成页提示下列组件安装失败：Microsoft Visual Studio Macro Tools及Microsoft Visual Studio Macro Tools CHS 语言包。
