请教大家一个问题：

表total_table

字段1，字段2(字符)， 字段3(float)
1 001 3.0
2 002 2.0
3 002 2.1
4 003 2.2
5 003 2.89
6 003 3.356
7 007 2.265

要求:字段2中相同编号的 对字段3进行求和后结果插入新表,字段2中不同的直接送入新表


新表, 字段1 ,字段2(字符),字段3
1 001 3.0
2 002 2.0+2.1
3 003 2.2+2.89+3.356
4 007 2.265
