我不部署 工程的时候，启动没有任何问题，一旦部署工程，启动时候就报 上面的错误

哪位 遇到过类似问题 或者知道如何解决，请说一下吧。 非常感激

你查看了你was的日志吗，你现看一下日志嘛，这样看抛出的异常信息，比较难判断。用WebSphere的时候出错，应该充分利用日志信息。
我的猜想了一种可能：按照你描述的场景，应该是你部署上去的项目，在启动服务的时候加载出错了，应该是你这个项目本身有问题吧，你自己在检查一下看看。

后来检查发现 我犯了 低级错误 myeclipse中配置 websphere信息时 没有 填写 servername
