ANT 编译工程错误“编码 GBK 的不可映射字符”警告

MyEclipse 工程编码为utf-8 ，build.xml文件格式如下：

Myeclipse编译或是命令行编译都会报如下错误：

很无语。不知道大家对此有什么好的解决方法。或是提供给我一个工具，可以批量去掉工程中的非UTF-8的字符也好。

恩，java代码不是gbk编码的。使用别的编码进行编译。楼上的OK

通过3楼的处理完之后程序出现运行起来出现了乱码，请问有什么更好的办法吗？
