引入的包：

我看struts-core-2.2.1.1.jar 下面并没有 struts-plugin.xml文件，只有struts-default.xml文件
启动tomcat输出的都是红色 只是个信息，不是警告或者错误，对程序有影响吗？
这是为什么？ 怎么解决？

这个红色是myeclipse在输出到console设置的吧。window->reference->run/debug->console

还有就是struts2-core下面却是没有struts-plugin.xml的。如果你加入一个plugin的包比如struts-json-plugin.jar这个包下就有struts-plugin.xml的文件了。
