在Win7 x64 + BCB2010下试验，没有你的问题。我分别试验了TIdTCPServer和TIdTCPClient，写了个最简单的TCP通信代码，可以正常编译和工作。
我用的BDS2010是"南果梨"给的"rad_studio_2010_lite 完美绿色版"，集成了Update4和Update5补丁。也许你的要打一下补丁？
