分享symbian 签名点击提交出现Access denied
登录https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/之后点击
submit的时候出现了如下的问题：
Access denied
Either your session has been expired (the session expires after a period of inactivity) or you do not have rights to enter this section of the website.
If you tried to login and you have recently registered your account may not be activated. Please check your e-mail for further instructions.
但是我换了一台电脑就可以用，原来我的计算机也可以签名。
这是为什么呢，怎么解决这个问题？
这时我返回出现：
HTTP Status 404 - /app/jstep/overview/latests.jsp

type Status report
message /app/jstep/overview/latests.jsp
description The requested resource (/app/jstep/overview/latests.jsp) is not available.
