安装ZendOptimizer后无法启动Apache

操作系统：xp sp3
apache：2.2
ZendOptimizer：ZendOptimizer-3.3.3-Windows-i386

原来apache可以正常使用，但因要装shopEx，所以装ZendOptimizer，装完后重启apache显示 "The requested operation has failed!"，郁闷了。

这是错误日志，但我不太明白。。
我原来apache上装有ZendDebugger

原来zend debugger不能与zend Optimizer共存，但想要让他们一起用。不知道怎么解决。。
