Unlike other control arrays in Visual Basic, Menu control arrays require you to assign indices as the item is created, because Visual Basic doesn't supply a default Index property setting for Menu control array items.

这句话是什么意思啊？
菜单的索引就是，每个菜单项都有一个的index值

哈哈，这个错误是说，你的菜单里面有两项重名了！
在VB中，只有控件数组才有所谓 Index，
那句话的意思就是，你有两个重名的菜单，但是却没有定义成控件数组。
如果你把重名的那两个菜单加上INDEX，就成了控件数组……在
菜单编辑器里有“Index”项。

不过，最简单的办法还是，把其中的一个改个名字吧！
