create site error

I create site with port:8888
when i create site and workspace, not with Default template.previously i create site successfully.when i delete an error site,recreate the site ,the result is that i can not create the site.
then i create new site with port :7777 .at this time ,i want to add the site before, the error turns out .
mark: i have deployed the wsp under central administration ->solution management .
