Spring注解+Hibernate 应用启动报错，各位大侠，来帮忙了，快快快快快快

JDK是1.5，Tomcat5.5应用启动报错。

To avoid this warning consider using the CacheManager factory methods to create a singleton CacheManager or specifying a separate ehcache configuration (ehcache.xml) for each CacheManager instance.

网上有人说把temp目录下的文件删掉，然后重新启动就好了，试过了，不行。
