System.Windows.Controls 与 System.Windows.Forms有什么不同

System.Windows.Controls 与 System.Windows.Forms
里面都有ListBox.
Controls 里的ListBox有个ScrollIntoView滚动方法是我想要的.
但平时用开的System.Windows.Forms拖出来的ListBox没有这个方法.

应该怎么理解这两个命名空间.

我现在的程序用的都是Windows.Forms的ListBox
我想滚动到指定项怎么做?谢谢大虾
