你先看下你的html页面被php文件包含了没有，单纯的非php文件中的代码是不执行的！

还有一个问题，我在index.php页面写

这句里的value="<?=date('Y-m-d')?>" 这个为什么出来的不是当天的日期，而是在页面中出来<?=date('Y-m-d')?>
