此问题属于oracle自身bug,bug号5173066，解决办法：


SQL>conn / as sysdba

SQL>create table r_r_i$bk as select * from recent_resource_incarnations$; 

SQL>truncate table recent_resource_incarnations$;

SQL>shutdown;

SQL>startup;

看到好几个错误代码：
1.ORA-01400
ORA-01400 cannot insert NULL into ("SCOTT"."A"."A1") : which means you
cannot insert NULL into "SCOTT"."A"."A1".
Action: Retry the operation with a value other than NULL.
2.ORA-00600
不清楚了。
