这个是在在线设置的。

能不能在my.cnf中配置下，以后永远不用再手动设置了呢？

试试在my.cnf中添加：
log-bin-trust-function-creators=1

原因：开启了binlog日志，默认关闭函数的生成。 1.临时开启函数生成方法： set GLOBAL log_bin_trust_function_creators=1; 2.永久开启，修改数据库my.cnf配置文件 log_bin_trust_function_creators=1 重启数据库服务
