wpf浏览器应用程序调试提示找不到元素

vs2010 新建一个wpf浏览器应用程序 调试运行后，ie打开，一会vs提示“无法启动程序...\...xbap 找不到元素”
在debug目录下直接运行该xbap程序 浏览器提示应用程序下载错误，错误日志：
