Can I delete the sub-layer in another process?

Hi guys.

I'm using WFP to develop a firewall application, but I've come across a problem. First I add a sub-layer and then I add some filters on the sub-layer. But if my application crashes, I cannot found a way to delete the filters or the sub-layer until the machine reboot.

So my question is, is there any way to delete the sub-layer or filters in another process?

Any reply is appreciated, thank u.

Problem solved.

I enumerate all the filters and delete the filters added by me.

I think it's a better practice to add exception handling mechanism in you application rather than trying deleting those sub-layer or filters in another process.
