小弟提交程序，收到如下信息，请哥哥们分析下原因
11.13 Apps that link to external mechanisms for purchases or subscriptions to be used in the app, such as a “buy" button that goes to a web site to purchase a digital book, will be rejected
17.2: Apps that require users to share personal information, such as email address and date of birth, in order to function will be rejected

顺便提下程序中和网络服务器相关的功能：
1.用户注册，会将用户名、密码及设备序列号提交到服务端，用的是POST
2.内部收费用的是可消费类型，当收费成功后，本地会记录，也会发送给服务端（防止卸载后再次付费）：包括序列号和钱数（0.99）
到底哪里是不允许的呢？
