使用华众后无法创建MYSQL数据库，MS SQL可以，错误信息如下：
54104 错误提示：[MYSQL]用户授权失败[dbname=sq_xiao7][sql_addall_mysql][ERR=[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-6.0.11-alpha-community]The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement]！ 对不起，数据库开通失败！

重启你的MYSQL，你目前是以 --skip-grant-tables 启动的。如果重启仍是相同现象，则检查你的MYSQL启动脚本，去掉这个参数。
