启动oracle监听时状态为UNKNOWN

大家好，我在启动oracle监听时，状态为UNKNOWN，plsql可以连接到orcl，对数据库的操作操作
没有问题，但是在装ETL工具时，就报无法连接到orcl上，请问我的监听有没有问题。
