weblogic10.3部署项目时报错

我用weblogic10.3部署web项目时,项目的页面用到了ajaxanywhere进行刷新。之前用tomcat部署都没问题，但现在老是报这个错：
main.jsp:5:5: No tag library could be found with this URI. Possible causes could be that the URI is incorrect, or that there were errors during parsing of the .tld file.
<%@ taglib uri="http://ajaxanywhere.sourceforge.net" prefix="aa"%>

之后，我从项目里ajaxanywhere-1.2-RC1.jar这个包中提取了ajaxanywhere.tld放在WEB-INF下，还是报同样错误。

求解决方法，碰见了同样的错误，在tomcat上正常。
