两个很实在的问题

容？

2)做chm格式的帮助文件的软件哪里可下载？

我懂你的意思，但是递信的内容。
经过验证greenxiar(瓜瓜)的网页代码，总结。
ShellExecute(NULL,"open","mailto:[e-mail]?subject=Feedback&body=The%0d%0aInetSDK%0d%0aSite%0d%0aIs%0d%0aSuperlative",NULL,NULL,SW_SHOW);
不过body,就是邮件题的内容比较难写，是有两种编码好像叫Mime、code的东西。

在OutLook可以，使用其它邮件系统，这样写会出问题呀。

html help不如说是XML help
所有的东西都是XML，只不过语法上有些不规范而已

如果熟练db/xml/xsl，自己做一套html内容管理器很容易的
最后用html help的编译器搞定
