The command will be shown as installing, but actually it only installs all files from SqlSupport.msi to the directory TARGETDIR “C:\yourtemp”. If you want to clean it up, just remove the directory TARGETDIR C:\yourtemp.
Find sqlboot.dll under TARGETDIR “C:\yourtemp”, i.e.
If it still doesn’t resolve the problem, please use “regedit.exe”, export the following registry key hive to files, and send the files to us via connect.
When you send the file from exporting registry key hive, please rename it to a file name with “.txt”. For example, you export registry key hive to foo.reg, rename it as below.
rename foo.reg foo_reg.txt
The reason is that our email server removes any files with “.reg” for security concern
