首先,把url转码:url=encodeURI( encodeURI(url));

然后,在服务器端再解码:
String username=request.getParameter("username");
username=java.net.URLDecoder.decode(name, "UTF-8");
就ok了,你试试。

在url里传递中文出现乱码我的解决办法是把tomcat配置文件中的加上utf-8编码解决的,在jsp页面,数据库等编码最好都一致,防止出现乱码

细心的再找一下 路径 你就会有特别的发现 原来你自己说的 已经包含了方法 只不过jsp页面里又经过了处理或者别的问题 细心 细心 再细心的研究一下。方法已经在我们手中,只要我们细心。

1、 传递参数时需要使用encodeURIComponent,对中文进行utf-8进行编码:

2、后台 java代码解码:

url传传参数如果是中文的话可以用js加码 到后台再获取就没问题了

哈哈……你这个问题我也遇到过,结果,一气之下就不在URL中插入中文。我相信你的肯定也可以找到很好的组织URL的方法,因为,在URL中插入中文本来就不可取!!!
