我上次在xp上装的，死活装不上去。当时还问培训老师呢，老师都说没办法了。后来装vm里面win server 2003 一下就撞上了。如果你的win server 2003的虚拟机镜像没问题的话一下就没问题的。我想。。。网上好多的解决问题，确实挺麻烦，还参考文档什么的。。。

重新创建一个新的虚拟机，或重新安装虚拟机的操作系统。
因为你已经安装过一次，而且出错，后面是不可能安装成功的了。

重新做好虚拟机后，请参考Oracle 11g R2官方的安装文档进行安装。
确定好对应的操作系统、版本、多少位的

安装的是oracle 10.2 之前没安装过，第一次安装就出错了。
刚才说过，现在是服务器。不好重装的。
还有另外的方案吗？

我没有看懂你最上面的配置信息，但我在vm 中安装oracle 10g 没有问题，分别在xp 、2003、win7都装过没有问题。 我不知道你的问题出哪里了

到底是装oracle 还是 SqlServer 我实在没看懂；
另外 请贴出 环境，这样好对症下药
