64位2008重装IIS失败

我用的64位Windows2008操作系统，最近发现IIS有点问题，想要重装一下。
按照网上的搜的重装步骤，卸载了IIS，并且删除了系统目录下残留的文件。

但是重新安装的时候出现问题了提示下面的错误：
Web 服务器(IIS): 安装失败
