开放Memcached的iptables设置问题

Centos上安装并启动了Memcahed，但iptables关闭时，可以正常telnet 11211端口。于是对iptables进行设置，结果如下：

[root@localhost /]# iptables -L

按道理应该是已经开放了11211端口，但还是telnet不通，请问是哪里出了问题。谢谢！
