求C# FTP下载文件夹的代码

我想要实现FTP下载一个目录下所有内容（包括文件以及子目录等等）的功能。
请高手给我一个可以执行的完整代码。

注：不要给我粘贴各种链接，我也查过，但是很多都不能用，所以请大侠们试验一下，把好用的代码提供一下，我将万分感谢！
