listbox 边框问题

在 listbox 的 CssClass引用了"txtClassShort1"，在listbox中，上边框，左边框显示是正常的且是黑色边框，但是我想右边框和下边框也显示黑色边框，怎么办啊？？在线等。。。。。谢谢。。。。。。

有的，但是没有起作用！！在我本机上测的时候右侧和下测的边框是泛白的线，在别人的电脑上测试是没有任何框的 ，难道是浏览器的问题。
我是用IE8 的 ，我同事用的是win7系统，但也是IE浏览器。
求助！！！！
