看说明只要这个现象不是经常大量地出现（像洪水一样不间断地出现），并没有什么害处，中断上下文进行的内存申请并不总是可靠或成功的，内核会处理的
这个现象看起来就是intel网卡驱动在中断底半部申请内存失败

如果你经常遇到这样的问题，可以尝试增加物理内存，调整swap，
以及一些网络配置参数，这个我不清楚，大概是往/sys /proc目录下的一些文件写一些配置进去，例如增加网络接口的接收队列大小等，预先给网卡多分配一下内存
例如/proc/sys/vm/min_free_kbytes /proc/sys/net/core/rmem_max /proc/sys/net/core/rmem_default 这些
我并不清楚这些调整的详细，不过你应该能搜索到相关信息
