- Hardware $ Software Architecture implementation
- Project management and planning
- Installation, integration acceptance test and procedures
- Technical interface with customers and partners

- Operating systems:
o Advanced use and administration under Linux Red Hat (mandatory): installation, scripting shell, partitions, clustering, etc.
- Databases:
o Mysql: mandatory
o Oracle: appreciated
- Network:
o TCP/IP basic knowledge mandatory
o IP networks design and architecture mandatory
o Cisco routers and switches CLI appreciated
o VOIP experience appreciated
