the domain name ########.com is mine.and now I want to transfer.
but the 35 TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD. does not allow me to transfer.
I do not know why. the domain name was registered in 2005.

I need to get my Auth-Info code. You should know my meaning.I hope you can know my meaing.that domain name xiazai5.com is mine,and now I want to get my Auth-Info codeand then transfer #####.

I had sent a message on the http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi 8 days ago.

I thought why they do not let me to transfer my domain name @@@@@.com.
They want me to renewals in their company.But 7 years ago I registered @@@@@.com in their agent.
And now their agent want me to give some money for transfering.
I call the 35 company,I told them I could attest to that domain @@@@@.com belongs to me 1 year ago.
I told them I could give you my identity card in china.
But 35 the company's customer service staff say "I can not give you the Transfer code, because We do not have permission, only agents have permission.“

WHY? The domain name @@@@@.com is mine,and I can my identity card.
I can prove the domain name @@@@@.com is mine,and I have used it for 7 years.
Why can not I get the transfer code for @@@@@.com?
