求助，各位大神，怎样让IE6、7下，下面页面的效果也和ie8、9一样？高度100%

求助，各位大神，怎样让IE6、7下，下面页面的效果也和ie8、9一样？
主要是content的高度100%失效问题。

在ie调试时看到父元素right都是正常的，但到了content就不正常了
