数据库查询问题？两张表的，请大神赐教！

商品属性表attribute（attId,comId,attName,attValue） 其中comId是外键。
就是一个商品有很多属性。
我现在要做一个“随即多条件”的查询，类似于买手机的时候很多复选框那样的。
比如我要选择：品牌：诺基亚
价格范围：1000-2000
类型： 直板
sql语句如何写？

是不是应该是having count(*)=3

应该是拼凑sql吧？随机多条件？还是根据你选定随机条件查询？

如果是淘宝那类的多条件筛选是这样实现的：

String sql = "select column　from table where 1 = 1 ";
if(param1 != null){
sql += " and xx = "+param1 ;
}
if(param2 != null){
sql += " and yy = "+param2 ;
}
