我这个就是VAIO Care报的错，如果我把它开机启动禁止了是不是就行了？

你的VAIO电脑里有个程序出现异常，服务未开启，但却要调用这样的服务，所以报错。
用360清理下开机启动项，或者干脆直接卸载不必要的程序。多数是品牌电脑自带垃圾软件。

我不搞NET什么的，只不过每次开机都会出现这个窗口，很不舒服，毕竟电脑没买多久！

基础你都不会，搞什么net.pipe？老老实实先用net.tcp协议吧，配置代码就是app.config文件的代码，或者直接在代码里进行配置。
