想找个公司好好待几年，却总是有不如意的地方

大家好，本来最近遇到一个头疼的事情。
本人去年7月份到目前这家规模不大的美资it公司，今年7月份升职QA Lead. 经理是美国人在美国，前段时间公司架构调整，前几天经理打算下个月离职，然后跟他在私下交流了一下，我可能会report给上海的一个Dev manager，而这个人人品及其差，他底下的engineer都对他不爽，我跟他也有过一些不愉快，所以我不打算在这里继续呆下去了。昨天收到一个国内某上市电子商务公司的offer，薪水跟我现在差不多，毛20万，但是因为是国内企业，所以相对来说福利差一点点，不过离我家很近，一个地铁站的距离。
我是接受这家公司的offer呢？还是继续呆下去，联合大家跟这个烂人的美国director打报告呢还是怎么样？
大家有什么看法？

换地方吧，我觉得如果还在这个企业待着，毕竟是人老外的地方，你觉得你能够把人家给逼走么。。。
