strcpy源码，孰是孰非？

大家好，今天看了下glibc中的strcpy源码

感觉很复杂！ 一位兄台在他得博客中http://blog.csdn.net/dimensioll/article/details/876071写的就是这个，但是被骂得狗血喷头。
我的问题是：既然是glibc中的源码，那应该很优秀啊？ 但为什么那位兄台遭骂了？
还有哪位高手介绍一下这段代码，小弟我看不太懂，在此先谢谢了！
