大侠请进，时而出现Object reference not set to an instance of an object.异常

在本地测试接口页面，以及将本地程序连到服务器数据库测试接口页面，都很正常。但是服务器上的接口时而会出现异常。
该页面用了url参数，时而会连很长时间，返回的是"没有参数"。
另一个页面就直接这样的异常
