MFC中的关键字__in 和__in_opt是什么东西啊

我F12追踪到他们的定义，都是宏，看到最后，发现是#define __allowed(p) __$allowed_##p
这个有什么意义啊???
#define 中##的用法我知道，可是__$。。。。这个是干嘛的啊！！？
不就是简单的参数吗？为什么需要这么复杂呢！！

_in 输入参数 _out 输出参数 _opt 参数是可选的，就是可以为NULL _ecount 所指向的缓存的元素个素 也就是括号里的数字 这些宏都被定义为空，只是让程序更容易理解！
