IBM webSphere 启动的问题，跪求大神帮忙啊！

咳，楼主你的英文也太low了吧， 英文上说的很清楚啊， Because server1 is registered to run as a Windows Service, the request to start this server will be completed by starting the 由于server1注册成一个windows服务，所有webSphere 需要等到服务server1启动后，才能start. respond to command, after 60 seconds. Failed to start service, or webSphere 等了60秒，server1还没有启动起来，所有start也失败咯 所有原因就是你的windows服务server1没有启动起来。 解决办法：你删除server1--（在cmd命令行，输入sc delete server1），重新注册一个windows服务。
