mysql莫名的不能重启

新年过来 服务器莫名自动更新，更新后 mysql就不正常了
显示 是启动 着 但是就是连接不上 ，想重启 又不能

请大神 解惑

貌似没启动失败啊

用cmd 输入命令 就连接不上 用php也连接不上
