Senior Programmer (高级软件工程师)-ASP.net and iOS - GTS - IFS – BJ
Responsibilities:
•Work closely with team members and end-users for business solutions.
•Participate in the development, testing and deployment of software applications.
•Write systems and program documentation.
•Provide on-going support and maintenance of existing applications.
Requirements:
•Degree in Computer Science or related field
•One to three years of ASP.NET development experience on commercial products
•Good understanding of the software methodologies, processes and tools
•Previous experience in Visual Studio 2008/2010, AJAX, Web Services, WCF, XML, iOS, SQL Server, etc.
•Good Team player
•Good written English, and verbal communication

Web Designer(网页设计师) - GTS - IFS – Beijing
Responsibilities:
•Create visual designs that address user requirements
•Design wireframes, information architecture, sitemaps and user flow diagrams for new and existing features
•Design and execute usability tests
•Work with developer for the website / application development
•Design and publish internal newsletter and maintain department web portal
•Ability to expand creative horizons and learn new technologies
Requirements:
•A Diploma or above in Web/Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or related discipline; with 1 year or above experience in web / mobile design
•Experience in designing user interfaces, creating wireframes and defining information architecture and navigation for large scaled websites or applications
•Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
•Practical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Action Script
•Experience in Flash game development would be definitely an advantage
•Creativity and strong sense in the trend of web design
•Develop and integrate reusable code for a range of projects
•Knowledge in HTML5 & CSS3, iPhone / Android Mobile application / game UI design, e-book / magazine design, motion graphic & video editing is a plus
•A good team player who is able to work independently
•Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
•Fresh graduate would be considered; Candidate with more relevant experience would be considered as a Senior position

Technical Team Leader(项目主管) - GTS - IFS – Beijing
Responsibilities:
•Manage a team of System Analyst and Developers to deliver application software solutions in line with IT strategy
•Manage the software development life cycle of one or more concurrent projects independently; including scope, resource planning, timeline and user communication to ensure timely and high quality delivery of services with optimal firm resource utilization
•Assess and make recommendations regarding risks that may impede the team's ability to deliver the solution
•Provide solutions that are world class -extensible, scalable
•Establish and maintain a high-level of user and project sponsor trust and confidence
•Work closely with and cultivate strong relationships with end users and across teams to deliver business solutions.
•Promote and drive continuous improvement of SDLC methodology in line with IT strategy
•Recognize contribution of people organization wide
•Solicit and encourage ideas from staff on improvements
•Provide opportunities for team members' career progression and development
•Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and provide recommendations Be curious and challenge assumptions
Requirements:
•University degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
•A minimum of 5 years in the areas of Information Technology with at least three years in the capacity of technical project management in application development
•Background and experience must reflect the ability to lead and deal with growth, changes and progress
•Competent in project management; strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
•Competent in solution architecture using latest technology in .NET, SQL, etc.
Excellent verbal and written, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
•Fluent in English, and Mandarin;
•Able to work independently and under high pressure.

Business Analyst/Data Analyst(需求分析工程师)–Firmwide Applications
Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking creative and innovative professionals for a Business Analyst role within our organization. Suitable candidates will be responsible for the following:
•Provide technical expertise in the design, development and delivery of business solutions, specifically as they apply to multi-currency, multi-lingual, cross-country business organisation.
•Perform data and reports analysis on finance and related areas as they apply to multi-currency, multi-lingual, cross-country business organisation
•Conduct comprehensive understanding, elicitation and analysis of user requirements to propose and design high quality end-to-end solutions, including changes to business processes, applications and technologies
•Manage the SDLC process by participating in the development of prototypes, execution of tests and deployment of software applications
•Work closely with and cultivate strong relationships with end users and across teams to deliver business solutions
•Write systems and program documentation
Requirements:
•Background and experience in a multi-currency, multi-lingual, cross-country business environment
•Strong skills in data analytics and related tools such as Excel, Sql scripting
•Proven experience in translating data and other technical information into business language and have a meaningful consultation with business stakeholders and end-users
•Motivated self-starter who can think out of the box and displays strong initiative and drive. Have strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills
•Good team player committed to the collective success of the organization
•Solid command of spoken and written English and preferably Chinese
•Self-managing and able to work independently and under pressure
•Knowledge in .NET, MS SQL, html, xml and css would be an advantage
•University degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline with at least two years’ working experience as a Business Analyst in a software application development organization, for projects in the Finance areas
•Experience in financial systems and applications, management reporting and business intelligence would be a definite advantage
•Those with less experience may be considered for a junior Business Analyst role
