新安装的WebSphere启动找不到server.xml文件

之前没接触过WebSphere，今天在Suse系统下装了个。启动时候，报错，找不到文件。怎么办？这文件是怎么生成的？

[root@aa31b89ed4b8950 bin]# ./startServer.sh server -nowait

找到原因了。是安装时候 -OPT profileType设置的事
