I have this error message: The automatically saved settings file '\\Setting CurrentSettings-2007-11-08.vssettings' cannot be found. You can change this file on the 'Import and Export Settings' Tools Options page. The IDE will use your most recent settings for this session.

试一下下面的步骤：
To work around this issue, please perform the following steps:
1. Open this folder: “C:\Users\<user account name>\Documents\SQL Server Management Studio”.
2. Rename the subfolder “Settings” to another name, such as “Settings2”.
3. Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), if the error window appears again, press “OK” to ignore it.
4. Close SSMS, and then SQL Server will rebuild the “Settings” folder and the .vssettings file.
