运行ArcGIS Sever Manager有Proxy Error

ArcGIS Server for Java Platform已安装成功，但在打开ArcGIS Server Manager时出现问题,页面提示：

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET http://xws-pc:8399/arcgis/manager.

Reason: DNS lookup failure for: ***-pc
